ANNUAL REPORTS

This site organizes and provides access to resources pertaining to Florida's property insurance issues, especially in relation to hurricanes.  Resources and information are organized under two main headings.

Under Our Insurance Landscape you will find information about:

  • the state's current property insurance environment,

  • what contributed to where we are, and

  • different stakeholder perspectives.

Developing Solutions takes you to the many ways public and private entities are addressing the issues. Topics include:

  • understanding insurance pricing,

  • government-sponsored insurance,

  • addressing property losses,

  • land use planning, and

  • predicting future losses.
